VISIBLE will host a new and innovative Eco–art project the TRASHTALK Envirowall in Streaky Bay from Saturday 1—Friday 7 December 2018.
The project described as where environmental activism meets Barbara Kruger will be led by next level and energetic community cultural development artists Henry Jock Walker and Tristan Kerr bringing together the artists, thinkers and community to stimulate dialogue about the environmental issues of our time through an art lens.
The artists will team up with emerging Elliston artist Daniel ‘Moth’ Ross to put community engagement into overdrive with a series of FREE workshops to create two massive art installations at the historic Campbells Landing site, corner of Linklater Street and Eyre Avenue.
In total three Eco–art projects will bring together 24 International, Australian and regional artists to collaborate with researchers, environmental thinkers and; participants and audiences.
The TRASHTALK Envirowall space will be the zone, the hub bub, the place to be!
The colourful and vibrant art installations will remain on public display as part of the PRIMAL: Ephemeral Eco Art Trail until Friday 25 January 2019.
